I had a decent stay at Alaxis Hotel, but it wasn’t without its issues. The location was fantastic, close to KL Sentral, which made traveling around super easy. However, the room I initially booked wasn’t available, and I was switched to a twin-bedded room without a window, which was a bummer. Overall, not the best experience, so I’d rate it a solid 5.

I recently stayed at Alaxis Hotel for two nights, and while I appreciated its strategic location close to KL Sentral and various convenience stores, the experience had its drawbacks. Unfortunately, the communication with the staff was less than ideal, as they made me wait an hour before check-in and overall weren't that friendly. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with a broken lamp and thin walls that allowed me to hear too much from neighboring rooms.
